What Information We Collect

You may have been asked to fill out a form for a potential study opportunity. Filling out the form and submitting your information is completely optional. Typically, this information constitutes your name, email, phone number, and introductory health information.

Any medical/ health information you provide may also be used during pre-screening in order to determine if the study you signed up for would be a good fit. Your information may also be shared with our partner clinics who are in charge of the clinical trial so that they may respond to your interest. They will only use your information for study related purposes unless you have given further consent.

Once you are officially enrolled in a clinical trial with one of our partner clinics, you will be subject to the privacy policy they have in place for that particular study. However, you will be given the opportunity to provide your consent before this takes place.

All information is stored in our HIPAA-compliant study portal that can only be accessed by staff members and clinic physicians. We are the sole owner of this portal and only allow partner access to our partner clinics and clients. We have implemented and will maintain all necessary technical, organizational, and physical security measures that are reasonable and designed to help protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
